Getting started

Is this legit? How can companies owe me money? When a company settles a class action, pays a regulator, or a state holds money it could not deliver, people who qualify can claim a payment. Divent only shows cases and programs with an official source, and links you to the official claim site.
Does Divent file claims for me?Divent prefills your details and shows each step, but you submit on the official site and sign the claim yourself. That keeps the claim yours and the process honest.
What if I don't qualify after all?A match means you may qualify based on your answers. Read the eligibility shown on each case before filing. Filing a false claim is against the law, so Divent asks you to confirm each one.
Which states and countries do you cover?Divent covers the United States: federal settlements, all 50 states and DC for unclaimed property, and DOL back wage cases nationwide. Local rebates depend on your ZIP code.

Money and payouts

How much does Divent take from my payout?Nothing. You keep 100%. Divent is a subscription ($39.99 a year or $15.99 a month). Filing a claim with the settlement administrator is always free.
Do I need receipts? Most consumer settlements Divent shows need no receipts: you confirm under oath that you qualify. Cases that need proof are marked, and Divent tells you exactly what to upload.
When do I get paid? Each settlement pays on its own schedule, often months after the deadline once the court approves it. Divent tracks every claim and tells you when payments start. Price drop refunds usually arrive within days.

Privacy and data

Is my data safe? Do you need my SSN?Divent never asks for your SSN or bank login. Your answers are used only for matching. You can export or delete your data in the app at any time.
Why do you want to read my email?Only for Refunds: to find receipts so we can spot price drops, double charges, recalls and deposits. Access is read-only, limited to order and receipt emails, and optional. You can forward receipts instead.
How do you find cases?Divent reads court notices, settlement administrator sites, the FTC and CFPB, state treasury records and Department of Labor data, and reviews each case before it appears.

Account and billing

How do I cancel?Cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I use Divent on Android or the web?Divent is on iPhone today. Android is coming soon. This website lists open cases, but claims are prepared in the app.
